Customer Satisfaction Policy

Lumagen, Inc. (Lumagen) wants each customer (You) to be completely satisfied with purchases from the www.Lumagen.com website. For purchases made on this website, if You are not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price, less shipping and a restocking fee from 10% to the full value, under the following conditions:

-         You must contact Lumagen for the current return shipping information.

-         You must return the product(s) to Lumagen, and the product(s)  must be in Lumagen’s possession, within thirty (30) days of Lumagen’s original shipment to You, in the original packaging with all included accessories, and in resellable condition.

-         You pay return shipping, and the risk of loss during shipping is borne by You.

-         You must write and sign a letter stating why the product(s) is(are) not satisfactory and that the product(s) was(were) not disassembled, and that the product(s) was(were) not used for competitive analysis.

-         If, upon inspection, Lumagen determines that the product has been damaged, including cosmetic damage, Lumagen may, at its discretion, withhold a portion of the refund sufficient to cover costs to repair the damage.

-    No refunds on opened cables.

-         Lumagen reserves the right to refund all monies either by check or to the credit card used for the original purchase.

-         This policy does not apply to purchases made other than on the www.lumagen.com website.
